Refund/Cancellation Policy

Balloons

All payments are refundable up to 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.  Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable, but are eligible for one reschedule.

Room Decorations and Paint n Sip

All payments are refundable up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.  Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but are eligible for one reschedule.
